  • Qualification: BBA, B.Sc, B.Com, MBA, BE.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in IT / Technical recruitment
  • Ability to handle End to End Recruitment process.
  • Look after the entire cycle of recruitment that includes headhunting / sourc-ing potential candidates, scheduling their interview till closure.
  • Sourcing candidates from various job portals, referrals, internal database and networking.
  • Short listing resumes by evaluating the candidates technical skills based on the requirements.
  • Keeping track of candidate for future references.
  • Excellent communication skill.
