Physical Design Engineer openings:

ASIC
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1 - 5 Years

Required Skills & Knowledge:

BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech or equivalent in ECE/EEE
Block level floor planning, power planning and IR drop analysis.
Timing closure with Xtalk and OCV
Multimode multi corner optimization and closure.
Clock tree synthesis and advanced clock tree implementation.
Blocks sizes upward of 400K Instances to 2M Instances.
Block level timing closure with sign off STA.
Block level ECO implementation involving netlist level logical changes.
Scripting experience in Perl/TCL.

RTL Design Engineer

RTL Design Engineer:

ASIC
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1 - 5 Years

Required Skills & Knowledge:

B.E/M.E/M.Tech or B.S/M.S in EE/CE.
Responsibilities include RTL development, resolving system level challenges.
Architecting, implementing, documenting and validating the memory controller IP cores.
Candidate must have excellent Verilog and SystemVerilog concepts.
Experience in verification of complex RTL designs and validating them on the boards is an added advantage.
Working knowledge of UNIX environment and scripting languages (PERL, Python/TCL etc) desired.
Knowledge of AXI/AHB AMBA bus based complex multi-master & slave systems.
Good waveform debug skills using front end industry standard design tools like VCS, NCSIM and Questa.

Physical Verification Engineer

Physical Verification Engineer:

ASIC
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Required Skills & Knowledge:

B. Tech / M. Tech with hands on experience into Physical verification at block-level& chip-level.
DRC, LVS DFM, Antenna, Density Fill Routines and other Tape-out sign-off experience is a must.
Experience using Synopsys ICC Tool.
Tape-out experience of multiple complex chips at 14 nm or below is required.
Experience with Mentor Calibre or Synopsys ICC and ICV is a must.
Programming experience in tcl, Perl or C.
Proficient in planning for and addressing electrical considerations throughout the design process (EM, IR, Noise, etc.).
Physical verification flow automation exposure will be an added advantage.

Analog Layout Engineer

Analog Layout Engineer:

ASIC
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Btech/Mtech Electronics/Electrical engineering
Experience in Analog Mixed-signal layout and verification of high-speed digital and/or DDR IOs, Critical signal inclusion.
Advanced understanding of Deep submicron effects and mitigation.
Advanced tool usage, Advanced floorplanning techniques, understand digital flow, Advanced strategies.
Solid understanding of CMOS and FinFETlayouts and process technology in 28nm and smaller.
Good understanding of basic ESD and latchup layout design considerations.
Familiarity with ASIC physical design flow:LEF generation, Place & Route & understanding of top level verification flow, DRC/LVS, LPE.
Good understanding of IO frame and pitch requirements, power rail routings, IO abutment rules and requirements, bondpad layout, EM and IR considerations, DFM, etc
Scripting skills for layout automation is a plus
emote site interaction, layout co-ordination activities, ability to foster accountability and ownership through hands-on technical leadership.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in interactions with customers, and internal development teams.

AMS Verification Engineer

AMS Verification Engineer:

ASIC
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 3 - 6 Years

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Perform Sub-system and Chip level AMS simulations.
Perform full-chip level fast-spice simulations.
Experience with Cadence, Finesim, Questa ADMS, HSPICE or equivalent tools required.
Good understanding of analog macros such as Buck, LDO, ADC/DAC, PLL, Oscillator, Bandgap, Comparator, etc.
Should be able to review and understand chip level electrical specifications and requirements for analog macros.
BSEE minimum, MSEE preferred from an accredited engineering school.
3-6 years of experience working in an IC development environment.
Additional experience in circuit level debug is highly desirable.
Explore new flows and simulation tools and ideas for continuous improvement.
Experience with scripting languages like perl, skill, tcl or equivalent to automate flows is a plus.
Willingness to learn new skills and apply new technologies.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a global team is essential.
Self-motivated, ability to work independently and excel in team environment.
